How to know your JAMB username and password?
Your JAMB username is the e -mail address that you used during registration. The way to know your username is to check the slip printed for you after your registration.
The JAMB Slip is a document that contains the examination center, the date, time and selection of institutions, age, e -mail address, state of origin and other important details.
As for your JAMB password, the JAMB CBT center representative who handled your registration is expected to tell you what your password is. - You will have to use the phone number you used to register for JAMB.
- Type “Password email” and send to 55019 or 66019.
- JAMB will respond with a message that contains your new password.
- Go to JAMB E-Facility or JAMB CAPS, try the new password to confirm that it works.

1. Using an unregistered e -mail: The email address you type might be incorrect as it could not be the one you used to register for JAMB. Also, the problem could be due to wrong spellings.
