OOU Admission Requirements 2024
Every candidate seeking admission must satisfy the following criteria before they can be considered for admission into OOU. If you don’t fulfill these conditions, you risk the chance of missing out on an admission spot at Olabisi Onabanjo University.
OOU admission requirements for all aspirants (Direct Entry and UTME)
All Post-UTME candidates must satisfy the following OOU admission requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Ordinary Level Credits in a maximum of 2 sittings.
- Choose the correct JAMB subject combination for your course.
- Score at least 160 in the just concluded JAMB UTME examination to be offered admission into Olabisi Onabanjo University.
- Have OOU as your First Choice of Institution.
- Participate in OOU POST UTME/SCREENING to be considered for admission if any for the year.
- Have reached the age of 16.
As a Direct Entry candidate, you must fulfill the conditions of the following OOU admission requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Ordinary Level Credits in a maximum of 2 sittings.
- Have ‘A’ level/IJMB passes in two subjects that are related to their area of study.
- Have JUPEB/A’ Level passes in Related subjects.
- Have a Degree (First Class/Second Class Upper) in related fields for your course of choice.
- Purchase the OOU Direct Entry form through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) And OOU Portal.
- Have a minimum of Merit Pass in the National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND), and other Advanced Level Certificates.
